Sidecar-riding is fun!

I have had an Ultra Classic-sidecar in my HD FLSTN now for two summers, and am slowly getting the hang of it! Must say honestly, that I about killed myself back in fall 2002 when I drove the unit about 200 km from middle Finland to Kuopio where I reside.

Over the first winter the sidecar was painted to the gray/green colours of the bike.

2003 really went in getting the rig set up properly and learning the basics. First last summer I succeeded in finding a brave enough person to take a longer daytrip in the sidecar (650 km). We did exceed 100 km/h occasionally!

Over this Christmas I had a lower fairing made to suit riding without the bikes detachable windhield. It´s anyway high enough to keep wind away from my kids when they are onboard.

With new tires (all three) installed before winter, I´m all ready and set for the coming riding season. I plan to practice mobile blogging along the way.
